Licensing Agreement & Terms of Use

1. License grant

Subject to your continued compliance with these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Materials internally within your own organization for the purpose of planning, governing, and operating your own artificial-intelligence initiatives.

You may adapt and personalize the Materials (for example by inserting your organization name into the provided placeholders) for that internal purpose.

2. Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise make the Materials available to any third party as a standalone product or template library.

You may not remove or obscure any proprietary notices contained in the Materials.

You may not represent the Materials, in original or modified form, as your own commercial offering.

3. Intellectual property

The Materials, and all intellectual-property rights in them, remain the property of their author(s) and licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these terms.

4. No warranty

The Materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

The Materials are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, regulatory, or professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating their suitability for your own circumstances.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the authors or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Materials.

6. Acceptance and record

Your acceptance of these terms is recorded together with the version identifier shown above so that the specific terms you agreed to can be identified. If these terms change, you will be asked to review and accept the updated version before downloading again.
